Must watch.

I've always liked Montel Williams, he seems like such a genuine guy. In case you didn't know he suffers from MS and he seems to always look at the bright side of things. It's obviously something he has to live with the rest of his life but, that doesn't ever seem to get him down. He has just made adjustments to his exercise regimen and changed the way he eats to make the MS more "comfortable" to live with. Well, that's just part of the reason why I like him, the other is his patriotic side. He retired 22 years, Lt. Commander in the Navy and to this day supports all of our troops.

So, that's what lead me to posting this video. He totally brings up a good point, as sad as it is about the death of Heath Ledger why don't the news channels even mention the troops that die on a daily basis? I know, there are SO many but, that doesn't mean they haven't earned the privilege of at least being mentioned. Something to think about......
