Picture of the day.

This is a picture I took of a onesie Gina had made for Landon (and Aiden too). I'm sure some of you are asking yourself.... what in the world is that thing?! Well, it's actually Micah's favorite piece of "work-out equipment", a kettlebell. If you don't know about the kettlebell then he would gladly give you a good talking to about the benefits from using one and too bad I don't have a picture of him using his because that wouldn't definitely prove the point of the benefits!!!! ;) LOL
