Little bit of time.

I finally have a small bit of time to sit down and post this slide show from our trip. As you can see from the pictures we made it here safe and sound as did our belongings... thank goodness!! It wasn't a bad road trip, everything went pretty smooth considering we had to stop at least once an hour throughout our trip. The first day we drove 5 hours to Alabama so the next morning all we had was 4 hours left. The only reason we had to make frequent stops was of course so I could get out and stretch and walk around. During the drive on the first day we stopped by to say hello to Grams (in Diamondhead, MS) she met us right off the highway! That night we stayed at the pet friendly La Quinta, may not be fancy but, thank goodness for accepting pets!!!

The next morning we started out at 9ish and got to AL/GA afternoon-ish. For those of you not aware, Georgia is in Eastern time zone but, Alabama is Central. I know, sounds like a challenge but luckily AL (this part Phenix City and Smiths Station) observe Eastern time zone. Since, there are so many military folk living in AL and it's just so close to the military installation. So fine by me, it would be too confusing the other way around!

I'm ready for this whole process to be over with, All I want to do is just put Landon's room together and start washing his stuff. So bear with me through this slow time.....
