about the status of our house in LA. Well, unfortunately it's August 1st and the house has not sold but, that's the bummer news... the good news is that it has been rented! That wasn't exactly our ideal situation but, it's alot better than paying a mortgage + rent every month, (esp on a an empty house). Which thankfully we only had to do that once!
It gets even better too, the people renting signed a 24 months lease, they are an older couple (late 30's-early 40's), one is active duty the other is retired Army, no kids, no pets and they don't smoke! All I can say is that at least we were blessed with what sounds like the perfect tenants for the house. :)
