Depending on what makes you comfortable, you should do crossfit with us at the gym sometime. There are three girls including myself and we have a good time. I know, though, that since you've been training with Micah for a while it might not be totally comfortable jumping in with a few other ladies, especially since we're in a public gym. I really hated going from private CF sessions to group workouts at first.
