Eye spy a certified hubby!

As I have mentioned recently (maybe not on here but Facebook) but Micah just completed his Level 1 Crossfit Certification. It was a course over the weekend at Fort Hood, TX and he said it was thoroughly beneficial and worth every dime. He may not have learned alot of "new things" but it was just a chance to go over the basics and ensure that he was doing every lift (and everything else) properly. Quite an accomplishment!

As far as the eye spy part.... they posted a picture of the certification classes (from the weekend) on the main site. Micah is a celebrity! He's on the Crossfit mainsite! HaHa!! I'm just kidding but, I do think it's pretty cool and I am proud of him and I also thinks he looks gooooood! I know, I'm a dork ;)

Now go look at the picture! In case you are blind or don't recognize the hubbers he is on the right side (in the top pic), third row back, second from the right, minus a shirt ;) . Congrats hubby!
