Alligator Lake.

Yesterday we went to Alligator Lake (it's recreational lake, park place on post) for a battalion organizational day aka a bbq! There was tons of food and some outdoor games and luckily for us it wasn't completely, miserably hot!

Also, in case you were wondering there are NO alligators there!! It's just a name but they did have a sign (in the grass by the water) that said, watch out for snakes!!

It's a good place to snap some pictures because believe it or not it's actually pretty scenic. I know, you are thinking Polk actually has something pretty to look at? I'm just kidding! It's not that bad here!! ;)

This is Micah's other little brother who happens to be staying with us this week. They each got to come out and visit us for a little bit before school starts.

Anyways the point is... look at this dude hanging on (so easy) with one arm! Going across was a piece of cake. Can you tell he does Crossfit Kids? ;)
