Dancing recap of sorts....

As you know DWTS started Monday with the men and last night it was ladies night. I'm sorry I've been lame and just taken to the blog to recap but like I said before if you didn't watch don't fully rely on me to update you! No excuses but when work-outs take place later in the evening, making & eating dinner, having a 1 year old and trying to not kill your husband with reality tv overload you just can't seem to find the time to blog sometimes!!! Ok, on to the show....

I'll give you the dance & scores of each couple and my quickie thought. It may not necessarily be on their dance either!! ;)

The Men

Aaron & Karina (cha cha cha)- I'm over her 'my stuff don't stink' attitude and I could care less about Aaron. I did notice he appears to have a HUGE man crush on Michael Irvin though {he kep't defending him when the judges dogged him} Their score was 22.
Chuck & Anna (Foxtrot) Although he's not great...yet. I thought it was fun watching Chuck :) They got a 16.
Mark & Lacey (cha cha cha) This was hilarious. I was cracking up at their over the top Kung-Fu themed dance. Hey, it's the first week, he was showing who he is, it was all good! They scored a 22.
Ashley & Edyta (Foxtrot) Snooze.. he is so forgettable. They got a 15.
Donny & Kym (Foxtrot) Donny was surprisingly good, it was enjoyable EXCEPT.... I kinda hated some of the faces he was making. They got a 20.
Louie & Chelsie (cha cha cha) My initial reaction? He's so tiny! And I think there is a little somethin, somethin going between the two. They got a 19.
Michael & Anna (cha cha cha) *from the practice footage* His obsession with beating Jerry Rice in every way cracks us up and yelling IT'S GAME TIME in the mirror was classic! You know he wasn't awesome but I thought he showed a lot of potential. The judges totally grilled him and I thought some of it was a little too much, he wasn't that bad. I hope Anna his partner{and new girl} can pull it out and step it up on the choreography though.. They got a 13,
ridiculous!
Tom & Cheryl (cha cha cha) Umm..... the dancing you can't even critique. I wasn't tempted to fast forward but as they say it was like watching a car crash, you can't look away! I think I kept watching cause I got a good laugh from him dancing to Wild Thing, shaking his rear end like an old dude. By the way Cheryl is totally over it and/or Tom. You can't have an awesome partner every season Cheryl. They got a 16. please....

The Women

Debi & Maks (Salsa) Her eyes are so haunting & mesmerizing... beyond ice blue! It may not have been awesome but I think I like her. They got a 16.
Melissa Joan Hart & Mark (V Waltz) It was ok, she was super nervous! By the way she says you may know me best from Sabrina the teenage witch um, I didn't really watch that show. I know her all the back from CLARISSA EXPLAINS IT ALL!!! Haha, good stuff, remember that one? Oh yeah they got an 18.
Maya & Dmitry (V Waltz) She was really good and she is so soft spoken too. Also, Dmitry is too cute! They got a 21.
Kathy & Tony (Salsa) I wsn't so much focusing on her dance but instead her. This is how all those Hollywood 'aging' women SHOULD age. She is obviously aging gracefully aka no ridiculous plastic surgery face and it shows, she is still gorgeous! And if she is getting a little squirt of Botox here and there, she knows how to 'use it' w/out looking lie a freak! They got a 16 btw.
Natalie & Alec (Salsa) She's gonna be really good I think. Who else was loving her arms & back? So muscular but still feminine at the same time, she's a swimmer would you expect less? They got a 19.
Macy & Jonathon (V Waltz) ***cricket*** I don't know what to say but she did drop a bomb backstage when she said what appeared to be I butt f'd my cherry on that dance. Seriously... Whoa.... They got a score of 15, higher then you would think!
Joanna & Derek (Salsa) Oh dear, that's what I was afraid she's pretty good. Y'all I don't know how to explain that 'gut' feeling but I DO NOT like her. I already told you about her diva attitude on that Superstars show but she is so phony to me. She did something at the end of the show {after the relay dance} and you could see Debi is pretty much less then thrilled with her too. They got a 24.
Kelly & Louis (V Waltz) Wow is all I have to say! I was totally surprised at how good Kelly was and it was so sweet to see Ozzy & Sharon getting all choked up! They got a 23.

The show is on again tonight with a double elimination and a tribute to Patrick Swayze also. I'm assuming it will be a male & a female that are eliminated and if that's the case I think it may be Macy for the girls and maybe Tom or Ashley for the guys.
