Is anyone else kinda ready for all that is Christmas or is it just me? I know that sounds crazy since Thanksgiving is still a few weeks and I am loving the fall weather right now!
I guess I'm giddy for it because I have not decorated for Christmas in TWO years!! The first year Micah was deployed and I was a wee bit pregnant so I wasn't about to climb in the attic, lug the tubs down and decorate for myself! Then last year we had just moved at the end of November and who wants to decorate while unpacking??
So don't get me wrong I'm totally excited for Thanksgiving and spending it with our families and seeing Landon enjoy a real turkey dinner! Last year he was still living the life of the liquid diet ;) lol It's just that Jingle Bells keep ringing in the back of my head and it doesn't help that Wal-Mart is already fully loaded with red & green!
I know I may regret saying and doing {decorating} this later since we have a pesky kitty and a very curious little boy but, I'm not gonna deprive our family another year of no Christmas stuff! Landon and Rusty will just have to learn that the Christmas tree and ornaments are not toys, easier said than done right?! I'm just counting down to the days following turkey day and how much fun it will be to actually decorate! To be honest I have probably forgotten about half of the stuff I even have, that's bad!

I agree fully, it has been two years since I have decorated too and I can't wait. I have already been listening to Christmas music when Nate isn't here. The day after Turkey Day it is on! Decorations everywhere! Sydney will be into everything too but it should be ok(hopefully)
