Lazy Labor Day weekend.

Hey everybody! How was your weekend? We had a great, LAZY weekend... I really can't emphasize how lazy we were! It was a four day for Micah so we had lots of time to do a whole lotta nothing:) I'll start off by saying we were at Walmart Friday (huge surprise) and decided to buy the first season of True Blood on dvd. In case you don't know it's the vampire show from HBO and is wildly popular!!

We aren't really the type to buy a tv show on dvd but when it's an hour long drama type it's different somehow. We have had it in our Blockbuster online thing forever and it didn't look like we would be getting it anytime soon, it was still saying long wait. So that's why we gave in and got it, by the way we had been recording season 2 so it was waiting to be watched on the dvr :) Needless to say that is how we filled our weekend or that may be why we were SO lazy! We are caught up and are now waiting for the season finale next weekend!!!!

One last tidibt- I'm not writing this as a recommendation either, I just wanted to fill you guys in on what we did over the weekend. Don't get me wrong it's a great and very entertaining show but IT IS NOT for everyone!! It obviously has everything to do with vampires which means it can be gory and graphic and it's on HBO which of course means that it is raunchy and graphic, catch my drift?! I personally have not seen Twilight (not interested either) but I can tell you this... vampires are probably the ONLY thing these two have in common. It's pretty safe to say teenagers love the guys and the love story in Twilight but on the other hand the may not even be allowed to watch True Blood!!
